Baldwin home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Baldwin fell by $130,000 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 26.8% decrease over the $485,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Baldwin in the first quarter of 2017.
