Lake Shore home prices fall in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Lake Shore fell by $19,175 while total sales decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $264,000 - a 6.8% decrease over the $283,175 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in Lake Shore in the first quarter of 2017.
