Linthicum home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Linthicum rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 3.8% increase over the $260,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Linthicum in the third quarter of 2016.
