Shady Side home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Shady Side fell by $2,250 while total sales increased by 40.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $297,750 - a 0.8% decrease over the $300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Shady Side in the third quarter of 2016.
