Severn home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Severn fell by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 153 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 1.9% decrease over the $321,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 170 homes sold in Severn in the third quarter of 2016.
