Edgewater home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Edgewater fell by $4,450 while total sales decreased by 18.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $329,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in Edgewater in the third quarter of 2016.
