Annapolis home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Annapolis rose by $23,500 while total sales increased by 49.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 200 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 7% increase over the $336,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 134 homes sold in Annapolis in the third quarter of 2016.
