Woods Landing home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Woods Landing rose by $41,001 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 12.1% increase over the $338,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Woods Landing in the third quarter of 2016.
