Briarwood home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Briarwood fell by $57,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 10.7% decrease over the $537,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Briarwood in the third quarter of 2016.
