Brooklyn Park home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Brooklyn Park rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 8.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 91 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Brooklyn Park in the second quarter of 2016.
