Venice on the Bay home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Venice on the Bay rose by $103,562 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,562 - a 72.4% increase over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Venice on the Bay in the second quarter of 2016.
