Arden on the Severn home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Arden on the Severn fell by $88,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 22.8% decrease over the $388,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Arden on the Severn in the second quarter of 2016.
