Arnold home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Arnold fell by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 5.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 145 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,000 - a 5.1% decrease over the $350,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 154 homes sold in Arnold in the second quarter of 2016.
