Bayside Beach home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Bayside Beach rose by $113,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $376,000 - a 43% increase over the $263,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Bayside Beach in the second quarter of 2016.
