Crownsville home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Crownsville fell by $421,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $429,000 - a 49.5% decrease over the $850,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Crownsville in the second quarter of 2016.
