Mayo home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Mayo rose by $10,901 while total sales increased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,900 - a 2.4% increase over the $449,999 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Mayo in the second quarter of 2016.
