Parkville (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Parkville in Baltimore County rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 0.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 443 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 13.3% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 442 homes sold in Parkville in the second half of 2016.
