Sparrows Point home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Sparrows Point rose by $13,650 while total sales decreased by 23.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,900 - a 6.5% increase over the $211,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Sparrows Point in the second half of 2016.
