Upperco home prices fall in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Upperco fell by $29,000 while total sales decreased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 9.7% decrease over the $299,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Upperco in the second half of 2016.
