Manchester home prices rise in the second half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2017 in Manchester rose by $135,000 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $465,000 - a 40.9% increase over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Manchester in the second half of 2016.
