Pikesville (Baltimore County) home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Pikesville in Baltimore County rose by $13,000 while total sales increased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 339 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,000 - a 5.7% increase over the $229,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 292 homes sold in Pikesville in the first half of 2016.
