Glen Burnie home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Glen Burnie rose by $8,105 while total sales increased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 591 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $195,895 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 531 homes sold in Glen Burnie in the first half of 2016.
