Paradise Beach home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Paradise Beach fell by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 18.7% decrease over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Paradise Beach in the first half of 2016.
