Linthicum home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Linthicum rose by $40,000 while total sales increased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 17.8% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Linthicum in the first half of 2016.
