Maryland City home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Maryland City rose by $23,716 while total sales decreased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 115 homes sold, with a median sale price of $279,900 - a 9.3% increase over the $256,185 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 120 homes sold in Maryland City in the first half of 2016.
