Deale home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Deale fell by $3,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 56 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $287,500 - a 1.2% decrease over the $291,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Deale in the first half of 2016, as well.
