Arden on the Severn home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Arden on the Severn fell by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 11.4% decrease over the $338,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Arden on the Severn in the first half of 2016.
