Annapolis home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Annapolis rose by $1,450 while total sales increased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 347 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 0.4% increase over the $328,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 326 homes sold in Annapolis in the first half of 2016.
