Woods Landing home prices fall in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Woods Landing fell by $10,600 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $374,400 - a 2.8% decrease over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Woods Landing in the first half of 2016.
