Mayo home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Mayo rose by $50,082 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $440,000 - a 12.8% increase over the $389,919 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Mayo in the first half of 2016.
