Briarwood home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Briarwood rose by $198,750 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $522,500 - a 61.4% increase over the $323,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Briarwood in the first half of 2016.
