Pikesville (Baltimore County) home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Pikesville in Baltimore County rose by $18,950 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 632 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,450 - a 8.5% increase over the $223,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 587 homes sold in Pikesville in 2016.
