Travilah home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Travilah rose by $15,495 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $938,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $922,505 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Travilah in the first quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Travilah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $12,745, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2018.
