Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that notwithstanding the order that no business be conducted during today's pro forma session, it be in order to receive H.R. 5085 from the House; that the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration; that the bill be considered read a third time and passed; and that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table, all without intervening action or debate.
