December 2021: Germantown experienced a 2.6% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Germantown rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 14.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 124 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,000 - a 2.6% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 145 homes sold in Germantown in December 2020.
