The fourth quarter of 2021: Home prices in South Kensington increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in South Kensington rose by $85,000 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $885,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $800,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in South Kensington in the fourth quarter of 2020.
