The second half of 2021: Home prices in Wheaton-Glenmont increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $32,000 while total sales increased by 49.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 400 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,000 - a 7.5% increase over the $428,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 268 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in the second half of 2020.
