The second half of 2021: Brinklow experienced a 6.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Brinklow rose by $40,300 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $690,300 - a 6.2% increase over the $650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Brinklow in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Brinklow for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $7,115, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
