The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County fell by $95,500 while total sales decreased by 51.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,139,500 - a 7.7% decrease over the $1,235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Chevy Chase in February 2021.
