Comptroller Of Maryland issued the following announcement on Aug 1.
Comptroller Franchot stopped by Duvall Field in College Park this week to see the recent upgrades funded by Program Open Space grants.
The field's concession stand and plaza area were recently upgraded in a joint effort by the city and county through $1.2 million in Program Open Space grants, which were approved by the Board of Public Works.
