V. Applications for Review:
A. PFARC # 2018-22 Flooring America – Freestanding Sign
The Committee recommended approval of the freestanding sign as presented. (3-0)
B. PFARC # 2018-23 Occasions Boutique – Wall Sign
The Committee recommended approval of the wall sign as presented. (3-0)
C. PFARC # 2018-24 Valvoline Signage Package
The Committee recommended approval of the wall signs and the freestanding sign as presented. (3-0)
D. PFARC # 2018-20 (a) Kempf Residence – New Shed – Revision
The Committee recommended approval of the revision to the shed as presented. (3-0)
VI. Discussion:
A. Comprehensive Plan Update – Agency comments due by October 1, 2018, from the Committee. The Committee discussed additional comments to submit to the Planning Commission on behalf of the Committee.
