Rockville home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Rockville fell by $88,750 while total sales increased by 130.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 60 homes sold, with a median sale price of $478,750 - a 15.6% decrease over the $567,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in Rockville in October 2016.
