Silver Spring home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Silver Spring fell by $6,000 while total sales increased by 94.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $468,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $474,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Silver Spring in September 2016.
