Fairland home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Fairland fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $357,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Fairland in August 2016.
