Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 27.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $345,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 51 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in August 2016.
