Cloverly home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Cloverly rose by $48,500 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $473,500 - a 11.4% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cloverly in August 2016.
