North Potomac home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in North Potomac fell by $23,000 while total sales decreased by 55%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $585,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $608,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in North Potomac in August 2016.

The median sales tax in North Potomac for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $7,380, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
