Potomac home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Potomac fell by $79,500 while total sales decreased by 35.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $960,500 - a 7.6% decrease over the $1,040,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Potomac in August 2016.
