North Potomac home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in North Potomac rose by $19,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 15 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $679,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $660,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in North Potomac in July 2016, as well.
