Germantown home prices fall in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Germantown fell by $31,000 while total sales decreased by 24.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 102 homes sold, with a median sale price of $309,000 - a 9.1% decrease over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 135 homes sold in Germantown in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Germantown for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,915, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
